TARGET CALORIE BURNING OVER ALL: 250KCAL

LEG WORKOUT – 20 REPS X 3 SET

HIP CROSS OVER 90 DEGREES

PHYSIOBALL LEG CURL

FITBALL STAR SIDE BRIDGE

SQUAT DB (burgh~ hate squat damn much!)

AIS 90/90strecth
